Users may cancel scheduled appointments with freelancers through the Atno platform. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the individual freelancer. Users are encouraged to review the cancellation terms provided by each freelancer before booking appointments.

2. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds may be issued for canceled appointments based on the cancellation policies of the respective freelancer.
- Users may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the freelancer's refund policy.

3. Requesting Refunds:
- To request a refund for a canceled appointment, users must contact Atno support and provide details of the booking, including the reason for cancellation and any relevant documentation.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the freelancer's cancellation policy.

4. Refund Process:
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Users are not eligible for refunds in cases where the appointment has been completed or where the cancellation falls outside of the freelancer's specified cancellation policy. Atno service fees and transaction fees associated with the booking may be non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure:
In cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters or technical issues preventing the completion of the appointment, users may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Atno.

7. Modifications to Bookings:
Users may request modifications to their bookings, such as rescheduling appointments, subject to the availability and approval of the freelancer.
