No, It is fraud in 99.9% cases

2. How to deal with Fraud Client in Freelacning ?

Take some Percetage of total amout as advance payment, and can also take small percentages of money on regular basis, as the project progreses towards completion.
Ask for daily payment/ upfront pay to avoid issues regarding frauds.

3. How can I know whether the client is fraud or not ?

If he/she is asking to pay after completion of project.

4. How to do freelancing for Legit Clients ( reliable companies ) ?

Have Contract or Invoice in place, state you project timeline, payment terms, number of revisions, etc clearly.
Get payments on time and complete the project within deadline.

It is an absolute Fraund. Be away from those kind of clients

It is just a written statement in page, the real saver is your payment terms.

It is a written out statment of works, payment terms and project outline, given to client by freelancers.
You can make payment model in such a way that, you get paid all the amount before the work is just about to complete

9. Are entry level jobs like data entry, typing, copy paste all fake ?

No not all the entry level jobs are fake, but if any deposit is asked to do before the payment then it is fake.
